Details: These two classes will help with your garden planning and teach the concept of succession planting. In this workshop, Julie will help you strategize for a bountiful harvest all spring, summer and fall. Learn some planning and growing tricks that help you time your crops so you avoid the "yikes a zucchini invasion!" or the "too-much-tomato jungle." You will also learn some quick and simple ways to preserve the harvest - drying, freezing, and canning - that easily fit into your weeknight routine or a weekend morning. This class will make a huge impact on your success, satisfaction and joy that comes with a carefully planned Vermont vegetable garden.
