Here is the scenario: It is late at night and your tummy starts to rumble. You need a little something to hold you over until the morning. Here you go:
Fruit Smoothie Recipe
- 1 handful of frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- Orange juice, pineapple juice or milk
Place fruit into blender. Add liquid until it just covers the fruit. Mix, pour and serve.
You can add any fruit or juice you like, this is a basic recipe to get your creative juices flowing!
This smoothie will be thick. I like to eat mine with a spoon!
