Ellsbury's new contract includes a $21 million option for the 2021 season, with a $5 million buyout. Ellsbury will join a long list of former Boston Red Sox baseball stars moving to the Big Apple which includes Babe Ruth, Roger Clemens, Wade Boggs and Johnny Damon.
