Listed below is the Bartow County arrest report for Thursday June 19, 2014. All information is obtained from the Bartow County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below.

Melissa Beth Brock, 37, of Dallas was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Michael Dewayne Brookshire, 39, of Acworth was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Adam Joseph Clark, 22, of Emerson turned himself in on superior court charges from 11/10/2012.

Cory Dean Counts, 22, of Rockmart was arrested on an agency assist for Cobb County Sheriff's Office.

Tanya Bell Frasier, 22, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with simple assault.

Martina Florence Green, 30, of Cartersville was arrested on three counts simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA).

John Gordon Hazle, 49, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Christopher Lam Higginbotham, 28, of College Park was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Eric Eugene House, 37, of Fayetteville was housed at the Bartow County jail for court date.

Deion Devonte Loyal, 21, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Jose Luis Mareno, 38, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts under the Family Violence Act (FVA).

David Casey Schroer, 33, of Marietta was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, driving too fast for conditions, possession of marijuana, two counts failure to obey traffic control device, following too closely, passing on shoulder, failure to maintain lane, driving on wrong side of road, fail to obey stop sign, driving in emergency lane, attempting to elude, reckless driving, seat belt violation and aggressive driving.

Natasha Marie Sinks, 29, of Acworth was sentenced to serve 48 hours.

Timothy Meldrome Smith Jr., 45, of Acworth was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking.

James Edward Stephens, 71, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking.
