Barrack Obama versus Rand Paul

During the gun control debate, Obama has now issued 23 Executive Orders in an attempt to "reduce gun violence" (source: http://www.newsmax.com/Headline/Obama-guns-executive-orders/2013/01/16/id/471689).

In response to these Executive Orders, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) has challenged them, saying that they are unconstitutional. In fact, he plans to introduce a bill in the Senate which would overturn any Executive Order that practically acts as a law. He also stated that Obama is acting like a monarch, making laws when it is actually the job of Congress to do so (source: http://www.wdrb.com/story/20616353/sen-rand-paul-says-president-may-have-acted-illegally-on-gun-control).

Rand Paul is correct. Obama has been acting as a monarch, perhaps even like a dictator. His Executive Orders are in violation of the Constitution, not only because they violate the separation of powers, but they are also in violation of the Second Amendment.

But Obama doesn't seem to care about the Constitution. He is more interested in changing America by means of fully implementing a socialist system.

So where will this confrontation lead? Nullification? Secession? Civil War? Dictatorship? How many people support Obama in this confrontation? How many people will oppose him? Are Americans willing to go to war with their fellow Americans if it came to Civil War? How would the rest of the world react? Would America's enemies take advantage of the situation?

Such questions may be answered in the next few months.
