1 bag (12 oz) Burssels sprouts
½ lb. bacon
½ cup barbecue sauce
Preheat oven to 375º. Cook the bacon and cut the strips lengthwise. Wrap one strip around each Brussels sprout and hold in place with a toothpick. Bake for 25 minutes. Once they have cooled enough to touch, roll in the barbecue sauce and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve right away.
