'Bar Rescue' Scouting Struggling Bars in San Francisco & Milwaukee

Bar Rescue - Season 4
Metal Flowers Media

Are you an attractive owner of an upscale, awesome bar but facing setbacks financially or cosmetically? Does your wait staff blow or menu need an uplift? Spike TV's highly rated specialty television program, Bar Rescue, is currently scouting bars in San Francisco and Milwaukee. For its fourth season, Jon Taffer and team are looking for owners with huge personalities and a staff full of characters to feature. Spike TV is seeking visually attractive establishments that would look even better with the help of Bar Rescue and the controversial genius, Jon Taffer. The bar must have a kitchen with at least four employees and enough room for an entire film crew to shoot. Also, for obvious reasons, the bar must be struggling and must be able to prove a decline in sales from last year. Bar Rescue and Spike TV will not waste time on places that are doing well.

If you, or anyone you may know in the bar world fit the bill, one should contact Metal Flowers Media to start the process of an over the phone interview. Casting assistants and associates will ask a series of questions to determine if candidates meet the criteria that Spike TV is looking for. Once the brief conversation is over, be prepared to receive a phone call from LA to schedule an in person interview with the owner of Metal Flowers Media and her fierce team of casting directors. They will be traveling to San Francisco and Milwaukee in the next couple of weeks to grill your team and ultimately try to pitch you to Spike TV. That's if you rock the interview and would look great on television, of course.

Ever dream of putting your bar through an intense make-over with constructive, in your face criticism from Jon Taffer? This could be exactly what your bar needs in order to stay alive and give it the kick in the ass it needs!
