The Foundation manages assets of $2.3 million in assets as of December 31, 2011.
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the Colorado Baptist General Convention. The Board consists of the Executive Director of CBGC, Mark Edlund, and 12 other elected on the basis of financial or other expertise with a 3-year term rotation.
