She recently revealed her tips on Dr. Oz's website, including the keys to banishing bad carbs.
Here's the skinny, according to Dr. Jen:
- Be tough in kicking away carbs Monday through Friday: no white flour, white potatoes, even whole-grain carbs.
- Be a weekend warrior on Saturday and Sunday, going for wheat berries for your carbs (e.g. on cereal).
- Your go-to foods: lean proteins, fruits and vegetables.
