Bangkok Airways, one of Thailand's cheapest budget airlines, is expanding its service. Beginning this month, Bangkok Airways will now be flying direct from Bangkok, Thailand to Vientiane, Laos and at a price even budget travelers will be able to afford.

As their schedule stands at the moment, there will be just one flight every day. That, however, is likely to increase as demand calls for it. In fact, with Laos being an ever more popular destination for visitors and Thailand residents, it could only be a matter of months.

According to Bangkok Airways website, the approximate fare for a round-trip flight from Bangkok to Vientiane will start around 5,920 baht or $192. Not bad for an international flight and one that takes just over one hour and fifteen minutes. The price even includes all taxes and fuel surcharges.
