Sing It Loud has been back home since Warped Tour ended. Ever since then, the guys have been grinding hard on recording their second full-length album. Sing It Loud has chosen local producer Jordan Schmidt to produce the latest installment. Schmidt has work with Sing It Loud in the past, producing their first ever EP. The new album should be expected to release early spring.
Just this past week, the band finished completing the album and are ready to hit the road once again. Sing It Loud will be accompanying Forever The Sickest Kids and The Rocket Summer for The Cheap Date Tour. The tour kicks off in Kansas City and will make its way to Minneapolis this Thursday.
This Thursday's show will take place at Station 4 in St. Paul. Not only are the boys excited to play in front of their home crowd, but they are also celebrating Sing It Loud guitarist, Kieren Smith's birthday. Smith's official birthday was on Tuesday, but a party isn't a party if it's not surrounded by family and loved ones. A birthday extravaganza will be thrown after the show on Thursday. The party will be held at Barfly. Check back with the band for more details.
Big things are ahead for the home-town superstars. Be sure to catch the show and the after-party. For additional information, head on over to their MySpace.
