Redwood City's Music on the Square concert series continues on July 11 when Caravanserai celebrates the sounds of Santana and on July 18 with a Beatles tribute.

Originally a replication of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Santana's legendary early days, Caravanserai has grown to include material from all eras of Santana's 45-year history. The Caravanserai show recreates the rhythms, drive and the atmosphere of sounds that have made Santana a mainstay in the history Rock Music for the past five decades.

On Sunday February 9, 1964, 73 million people gathered eagerly around their televisions to watch The Ed Sullivan Show, to see and hear for the first time those four lads who went on to change Rock n' Roll, American popular culture, and eventually the world! The Sun Kings will be paying special tribute to The Beatles' arrival in America at their concerts this year, performing songs from one or more of the following albums: With The Beatles, A Hard Days Night, Beatles For Sale. In addition, they will also perform the hits and b-sides you know and love spanning The Beatles' amazing career. Going into their 14th year and considered one of the premier Beatles Tribute acts in the country, The Sun Kings continue to amaze their fans and win over skeptics with their uncanny channeling and respect for the music they perform. With a repertoire of over 150 songs, and spanning the entire Beatles epoch - from Hamburg to the Rooftop - The Sun Kings shine in concert with spot-on arrangements and vocal harmonies delivered with a driving energy, joy, and vitality that recall the earliest Beatles performances.
