Band Camp was the second opener to take the stage at The Americas Most Wanted Music Festival inside Joe Louis Arena. Right from jump the audience had difficulties determining who were the main performers in the group and who was just an affiliate. That was primarily due to an issue with lighting where only two out of 3 of the members were lit. They quickly got the problem remedied until a fourth member took the stage. Beyond that, Band Camp was a very high energy group making full use of the entire stage and even bonding with the crowd by giving props to popular Detroit artist Dough Boyz Cash Out. As a group, Band Camp functioned well together every move being very deliberate. The few moments of choreography were highly entertaining. Keep your eyes open for this group from Oakland, California.
