Bam Margera has been pretty silent in the television world, resulting from the split from ex-wife Melissa “Missy” Rothstein Nov. 2012 and the death of his best friend Ryan Dunn in 2011. But that’s about to change because TBS has offered Margera a new reality television show to start in 2014, according to Hollywood Reporter on Jan. 25.
The six episode show will be called “Bam’s Bad A$$ Game Show” and the competitors will be competing for a $10,000 prize by going against each other in “incredibly demented, potentially dangerous and occasionally painful challenges, like answering trivia questions while dangling above a pool of trash-filled water.”
Sounds a lot like “Jackass” and “Fear Factor” with a bit of “Jeopardy” tossed in for good measure. It makes perfect sense because one of the executive producers for the show, David. A. Hurwitz was also the producer of “Fear Factor.”
Losers are eliminated until there is a last man (or woman) standing.
Bam Margera won’t be acting alone. Sources stated that friends and family will be making appearances as well. No time slot details have been released.
Sound off in the comments below; will you be watching Bam’s big return? It will be strange watching without Ryan Dunn; do you think so too?
