What: Civic Works' Retrofit Baltimore is sponsoring the Baltimore Green Fest at the Mt. Washington School. Go out and learn how local nonprofits and businesses are working to create a greener, more sustainable Baltimore through interactive workshops with Rebuilding Together Baltimore, Back River Restoration Committee, Baltimore Heritage, the Baltimore Energy Challenge, and many more. Go find out what it takes to become a green school with a presentation by the Mt. Washington School and other panelists.
Be sure to sample delicious food from local restaurants including Clementine, try on natural hemp clothing from local clothing designer Nicole Gordon's 3Clothing line, and don't forget to bring your bike for a road safety bike ride with Bikemore.
Who: Bring the kids for fun activities, crafts, and awesome raffle prizes!
