Ballet Nouveau Colorado Presents "Carry On" - Featuring Paper Bird

Two artistic powerhouse forces - Colorado grown band Paper Bird & Ballet Nouveau Colorado, will join forces in a collaborative effort this February.

Ballet Nouveau Colorado, who typically takes a modern spin on ballet, continues to bring innovation and push the creative envelope with their musical partnership with Paper Bird. In addition to the live performance by the band, BNC's Artistic Director Garrett Ammon will bring new choreography to the table, as well as films of his choice, resulting in a truly unique, multi-media experience. These two artistic groups will please the eyes, the ears, and the senses.

If all of this creative energy wasn't enough, BNC is donating half of it's ticket proceeds during the final performance to Denver's SAME Cafe. SAME (So All May Eat) is a "pay as you can" cafe in downtown Denver. SAME Cafe's philosophy is, "that everyone, regardless of economic status, deserves a chance to eat healthy food while being treated with dignity."

The show starts next Friday, February 4, and runs through Sunday, February 13, at two different locations:

Lakewood Cultural Center
470 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, CO 80226

Friday, February 4 – 8pm
Saturday, February 5 – 8pm
Sunday, February 6 – 2pm

Performing Arts Complex at PCS
1001 W. 84th Avenue, Denver, CO 80260

Friday, February 11 – 8pm
Saturday, February 12 – 8pm
Sunday, February 13 – 2pm

Tickets range from $12.75 to $45, and can be purchased online, via BNC's website, here

Don't miss this truly fantastic representation of some of Denver's finest - Ballet Nouveau Colorado, Paper Bird, and support of SAME Cafe. This explosion of local art is not to be missed.
