Super Bowl snacks, such as nachos and chicken wings, are a big part of the fun of the big day. The Broward Palm Beach New Times shared some cupcake ideas inspired by America’s favorite snacks on Jan. 31.
Rachel Cocca-Dott, owner of New York’s Coccadotts Cake Shop, bakes up custom cakes, cupcakes and other yummy sweet treats for weddings and special events. Coccadotts has created a special cupcake menu for this year’s Super Bowl.
The lineup includes five creative cupcake flavors: chips and salsa, pepperoni pizza, chili with corn bread, chocolate covered pretzel, chicken wing and beer with lime.
Interest in the Super Bowl cupcakes grew rapidly and orders have been pouring. They were even featured on Anderson Coopers show.
The cupcakes retail for around $3.50 each. Coccadotts is happy to ship their sweets. Shipping costs vary. It’s innovative cupcakes like these that landed them a spot on Food Network’s “Cupcake Wars” in 2011.
You can place your order from anywhere in the United States today and still have the cupcakes delivered in time for the Big Game Sunday.
