Casseroles are often great dishes to prepare ahead for your family to use when you cannot be home for dinner. They are also great to share with others at parties, for pot-luck dinners or when providing meals for others.

In this recipe, bow-tie pasta pairs with winter squash and parmesan cheese for a creamy flavorful casserole. Enjoy!

  • 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen winter squash, thawed
  • 1 ¼ cups Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
