Berthold Park, in Baie d’Urfe, was a landscape of winter fun, on Saturday February 22, as it played host to the town’s annual winterfest.
Mayor Maria Tutino, town council members, the Rescue squad and The Volunteer citizens on Patrol, were on hand in welcoming neighbors, and friends, on this bright and sunny day.
The activities were all family-oriented and free. There was a horse drawn sled ride, a disc jockey, home made maple syrup, tobogganing, and concession stands.
The Town of Baie d’Urfe is mainly a residential, country-style town, is home to 4000 residents and offers an enchanting setting to all those who wish to reconcile the proximity of the City with the fresh country air.
