Intake of too much salt can harm your heart making you at higher risk for heart disease, stroke and hypertension (high blood pressure).
Drinking too much alcohol:
Alcohol can do some harm to your body and your organs in specific your liver. Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol is also associated with hypertension, and can also lead to liver disease.
Eating Processed Foods:
Eating processed foods is one of the worst habits in the world for hurting your body image, size and health. Processed foods pack on the pounds like no bodies business.
Eating too much white foods such as sugar and white bread can seriously damage your body and can lead to being obese and contracting diabetes.
