Bad eating habits in the bathroom.

This is a warning. Nobody should eat in the bathroom...ever. It doesn't matter how big of a hurry you are in, or how much you really like the current snack that you are eating. For those who secretly eat in the bathroom-it is time to stop.

Bathrooms carry many germs, viruses and bacteria if it isn't cleaned regularly. Bathrooms are for relieving and getting clean-not to eat. When you are taking a shower and suddenly feel yourself getting thirsty-never drink water from the shower-head. Hot water is a place where bacteria thrives to live. The head itself is a breeding place for bacteria too. Finish up cleaning and go to the kitchen for a drink-of cold water.

Think about what people do in the bathroom. Do you really want your food around it? Most bathrooms usually contain a sink, toilet and shower. There isn't any place that is sanitary enough to place your food. Don't even carry your food into the bathroom on a plate. Did you realize that when you flush your toilet (with the lid open), it can spread millions of germs all over the place? If your food was sitting on the sink even on a plate-you basically have just poisoned it with bacteria. Always flush the toilet with the lid closed.

The same goes for public restrooms too. In a public restroom, you really don't know who has been in there or what they have been doing. Sick people may have used the bathroom and not even washed their hands. People use the bathroom and don't wash their hands. Never carry in a bag of candy or your take-out box. Don't even place your take-out box on the floor. Do not bring in bottled water. Leave anything eatable out of the bathroom. It is never safe. If you do find you have to use a public bathroom. Wash your hands thoroughly and use some hand sanitizer. Use a paper towel to open the door. Public restroom doors always have a variety of germs, bacteria and viruses.

Keep all of this information in mind and never bring your food with you to the bathroom. You might feel that you are really busy and trying to multitask, but it is not worth the risk. The WC’s and Bidet is just a breeding ground of possible sickness.
