Combine your favorite super food and favorite guilty pleasure in this super quick and easy two-ingredient recipe:
20 strips bacon, uncooked
Preheat oven to 425º. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. While in the skin, cut 5 strips down the middle. Cut these in half to make 10 sections per half. Scoop out of the skin and separate into your “fries”. You should have 20 total. Cook bacon halfway, so that it is still flexible but not cooked all the way through (it will finish cooking in the oven) Wrap each section in one piece of bacon, making sure that the end piece is on the bottom so it does not come undone. Place on a baking sheet covered in parchment and bake for 5-10 minutes, until bacon is cooked through.
