'Backyard Birds Saturday' This Weekend at Dewey Short Visitors Center Table Rock

This weekend join organizers for 'Backyard Birds Saturday,' February 16, at 1 p.m., at the Dewey Short Visitors Center on Highway 165, right beside Table Rock Dam.

You will learn about many command birds that visit your backyard and how to invite even more of your feathered friend to the party..

Bring an empty, clean 2 liter soda bottle and make your own recycled bird feeder, too.

Grab the family and come to the Dewey Short Visitor Center to discover why home is where the birds are!

This activity is part of The Great Backyard Bird Count project across the USA and Canada on February 15-18, 2013. Get involved, TODAY! ;-)
