This year’s event has moved to a new location in River Run Village. The West Gondola Parking Lot, located behind the Keystone Sports and Inxpot Village locations, will feature a hillside setup complete with 25 tons of snow and a multi-rail feature that will lead into a wall ride.

9:30-11 a.m., Rail Jam registration and check-in
11:15 a.m., Rail Jam participant meeting
11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., Women’s Snowboarding prelims
12:30-1:15 p.m., Women’s Skiing prelims
1:30-2:15 p.m., Men’s Snowboarding prelims
2-6 p.m., Keystone Oktoberfest (see below)
2:30-3:15 p.m., Men’s Skiing prelims
3:30-3:45 p.m., Snowboarding finals
4-4:15 p.m., Skiing finals

There will be a spectator village with vendor tents from local snow sports companies like Never Summer, Candy Grind and Phunkshun Wear. Cold beverages and BBQ will be available on-site from Keystone’s culinary team, with tunes from DJ Blue Collar Prophet and giveaways throughout the event.
You can also check out the first annual Keystone Oktoberfest in River Run Village while you’re there, featuring Colorado beers and German food.
Oktoberfest begins at 2 p.m. that same day (Saturday, of course) with free live music from Those Austrian Guys at the village plaza stage, accompanied by traditional polka dancers.
Commemorative beer steins will be available for $25 and will include three Colorado brew tickets for use at brewery tents such as Breckenridge Brewery, Dillon Dam Brewery and Pug Ryan’s Brewery. Free kids activities, including a kids train, face painter and a bounce house will be available as well.
