The LA Times just reported that several flights from LAX to Japan are now back in operation. However, the news isn't all good. Kyodo News, a news agency based in Tokyo, reports that more than 400 flights were cancelled Saturday in Japan, including all domestic flights. Furthermore, according to SmarterTravel.com, the U.S. State Department is still urging U.S. citizens to avoid travel to Japan for the time being.
