So...as you may have noticed, I have been on a long hiatus away from Examiner. There have been a great deal of changes and a whole lot of growth. Over the coming months you'll see me taking a change in direction on my columns here. If you have any real-estate related questions or comments, you are still highly encouraged to e-mail me at Marsha.Murphy@elliman.com and I'll respond to you as soon as I possibly can (usually within 24 hours).
Moving forward, you can come visit me here to read up on current real estate market trends in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, interesting real-estate related news and happenings throughout the world, and I will be giving my readers an inside look into exactly how rental and sales transactions in Manhattan are processed when you have a broker on your side. You'll get information on condominium, co-ops, and rental buildings alike through my new segments. And you'll get great advice that you can take with you into future real estate encounters of your own.
My goal is to educate and inform - and learn along the way. I hope this column turns into an excellent resource for you for years to come.
Happy Labor Day!
