Bachelor” franchise creator Mike Fleiss is back in the headlines – and not because he’s created a new series we will love to hate. Instead Fleiss’ name is being brought up in a new lawsuit, this one set to be filed by former star of “The Bachelorette,Jesse Csincsak.

While it’s no secret Jesse isn’t a huge fan of Fleiss, his lawsuit against the reality TV exec does come as somewhat as a shock; however, it appears he has a case, and a strong one according to Csincsak, who has spoken to several entertainment lawyers across the country.

“I want Fleiss to treat me like he wants to be treated … if he wants me to leave him alone, he needs to leave me alone.”
