The season premiere of “The Bachelorette" starring Andi Dorfman starts at 9:30 p.m. ET on Monday, May 19, 2014. Fans will see Dorfman, who ditched “Bachelor” Juan Pablo a few months ago, greet 25 bachelors at the mansion.
Will she find love and are all the guys there for the right reasons? Spoilers indicate that Andi gets engaged at the final rose ceremony, but that episode is weeks away for those who don’t want to find out who Andi picks.
According to blogger Reality Steve, there isn’t much drama during Monday night’s meet and greet outside the mansion. Most of the guys will arrive in limousines, with one guy rolling up in a golf cart and another pushing his limo up the driveway. ABC fails to entertain already. Hopefully the lack of cheesy entrances will replaced with juicy drama this season.

In addition to 25 guys greeting Andi in the driveway of the mansion, there is no doubt that the season premiere will include a a few words about contestant Eric Hill who died in a paragliding accident in Utah on April 23, 2014. Chris Harrison will likely make a short and sappy announcement about his passing and then move on to the usual "Bachelorette" malarkey.
Is Andi Dorfman engaged? Blogger Reality Steve states with his usual confidence that Dorfman is indeed engaged. To make it even more certain, on May 19 he released a video of contestant Nick Viall talking on his cell phone about how the season ends. Watch the video here.
Rumor has it that there is also another contestant, former “Bachelor Pad” contestant Chris Bukowski, who shows up at the mansion hoping to be suitor number 26. Reality Show Report states that Chris doesn’t make it into the mansion because Andi doesn’t think it’s fair to the other guys.
Cross them off as they are eliminated and put a star next to your favorites. At the end of the season, see if your pick is the same as Andi’s or if you were totally wrong about who she picks at the final rose ceremony. That’s assuming you don’t read spoilers, something that’s hard to do if you keep up with the show on Twitter or Facebook.
Six guys will be eliminated on the season premiere that starts at 9:30 p.m. ET on May 19, 2014. Find out which guys are sent home here and tune in for episode two on May 26 starting at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
