“Bachelor” star Sean Lowe has been celebrating his love with Catherine because the two have finally set a wedding date. The two will get married in January, and the wedding will air on ABC. However, as they were celebrating their love, his family was noticeably absent and his lack of statement has people talking. According to a new Radar Online report published on Oct. 15, “Bachelor” star Sean Lowe’s family was not in attendance this weekend for his engagement party.
“It was weird to have an engagement without the grooms’ family,” a source has revealed about Sean’s family’s absence at the engagement party in Seattle. “The guests included only her friends and family and not his. I think that says a lot about how Sean’s family feels about her.” Apparently, his family aren’t as supportive of the wedding because she isn’t “Christian enough.” But Sean doesn’t seem to mind at all.
The source goes on to say that, “I don’t think their families are on same page,” and that “she’s not Christian enough; too edgy.” If Catherine really wasn’t a good fit for Sean’s family, one can imagine he would rethink his decision, considering he is so close with his own family. One can imagine that they had a separate engagement party in Texas with his family.
What do you think of their engagement party? Do you think his family isn’t supportive of his marriage?
