"Bachelor" Sean Lowe will say goodbye to three women on the third episode that airs on Jan. 21, 2013, getting closer to his final three picks on the ABC reality dating show.
Two women will go home at the rose ceremony, but there is one contestant who has to pack her bags before the ceremony begins.
With just 16 ladies left when the third episode begins on Monday night, Sean seems to be weeding out the contestants who he knows won't be stealing his heart or getting a big Neil Lane engagement ring.
Before Sean decides who will not make it another week in the mansion, all but two ladies get to go on dates with him this week.
There are two one-on-one dates (AshLee Frazier and Lesley Murphy get to spend time alone with the "Bachelor" this week) and one group date.

The group date features Sean Lowe's abs on Malibu beach and 12 contestants, including: Kacie, Jackie, Desiree, Lindsay, Amanda, Robyn, Leslie, Kristy, Taryn, Daniella, Tierra, and Catherine.
Sarah Herron and Selma Alameri remain at the mansion and pout because they didn't get picked to go on a date this week.
Who goes home on Monday night? Before the rose ceremony begins, Sean sends Kacie home. Earlier in the show, he called her "crazy" -- perhaps sealing her fate then.

At the rose ceremony, Kristy Kaminski and Taryn Daniels do not get a rose and have to "say their goodbyes," as instructed by host Chris Harrison.
That leaves 13 ladies who will continue to cry, fight and pretend they are in the mansion for all the right reasons.
