Sean Lowe, the season 17 star of ‘The Bachelor’ has been keeping fans up to date on his PEOPLE.com blog. After each episode, the transparent heartthrob reveals how he felt following select dates, and rose ceremonies.
On Monday, Feb. 11, Sean surprised viewers when he sent home Tierra. The sassy brunette was definitely the villain of this season. Sean always came into contact with a much different side of her than the girls did, and subsequently, his feelings for her were strong.
In his PEOPLE blog on Tuesday, Feb. 12, Sean revealed that he really enjoyed walking the streets of St. Croix with Tierra on their one-on-one date, but AshLee's earlier warning was weighing heavily on his mind. During dinner at the old sugar mill, he found himself really trying to process what he actually felt for Tierra. Sean said it was when he found her crying on her bed with her head in her hands once again, that he realized he needed to cut things off. He was receiving clarity that she wasn’t the woman that he was meant to marry, and decided to release her at that point.
He continued by blogging, “I still believe Tierra has more good in her than people see, but I also recognize that she doesn't have the maturity or social skills necessary to make it on The Bachelor.”
After Tierra and Lesley’s departure, Catherine, Lindsey, AshLee, and Des remained. Next week, the hometown dates begin. Any predictions for the upcoming episode? Who do you think Sean will pick in the finale?
