“The Bachelor” franchise is huge among reality television viewers. In just a few weeks a brand new show will be coming to the ABC network titled “Bachelor in Paradise.” This will replace “Bachelor Pad,” which had aired in previous years following “The Bachelorette.” Fans are excited to see what this show has to offer and how it will vary from the other shows in the franchise. According to a July 14 report from Tvline, there will be rose ceremonies happening each week on “Bachelor in Paradise.” As two contestants exit, two more will be brought in.
This will be the first season of “Bachelor in Paradise,” so everything will be new. Fans have been looking forward to this new show since the promos were released. Fan-favorite Clare Crawley will be a contestant on the show and it appears she may be into one of the guys. The promo also shows her getting upset, which means she may not find love after all. Will it be another heartbreak for Crawley, or will she walk away with love?
Since the show is taped in advance, several spoilers for “Bachelor in Paradise” have been leaked. The most shocking one appears to be one of the female contestants hooking up with a sound guy in her hotel room after quitting the show. Michelle Kujawa (from Jake's season) allegedly hooks up with one of the show's employees. The man jumps off the balcony to avoid being caught, but the next morning Kujawa is confronted by Chris Harrison. This is shown in the previews for the show.
The official premiere date is Monday, Aug 4 for “Bachelor in Paradise.” From rose ceremonies to sound guys jumping off balconies, this show is going to be full of drama. As fans wait for the show to begin, they can catch the final episodes of Andi Dorfman's season of “The Bachelorette.”
