Juan Pablo Galavis hasn't impressed fans of "The Bachelor" this season, so perhaps his new gig portraying an appliance salesman in a commercial for Rochester Appliance in upstate New York will make him a star.
It's almost certain that Galavis does not find lasting love with the girl he reportedly picks, so what's better than getting paid a few bucks to appear in a 30-second spot for an appliance store?
In the commercial, Juan Pablo plays the role of a salesman who tries to assist two female shoppers. Of course, the ladies are more interested in his "goods" than the refrigerators and stoves on the showroom floor.
Galavis has only four lines in commercial. Saying very little is probably a good idea. He has been criticized throughout the season for saying things that either didn't make sense or were downright insulting, including his "more pervert" gay comments.
Is the Rochester Appliance commercial a start to Juan Pablo's post-"Bachelor" career? It's rumored that he is not going to be one of the cast members on the new season of "Dancing with the Stars" so perhaps corny commercials will be as Hollywood as he will get.
Celeb Dirty Laundry states that Galavis was compensated by Rochester Appliance to help put the "store on the map."
There is no word if he was given a free stove, cash or a date with one of the women who starred in the ad.
