Juan Pablo Galavis is about to embark on his season of The Bachelor, but already, one month ahead of the season 18 premiere, surprising details about one of his contestants has hit the web -- and it may be enough for him to send her packing!
According to a new report, Kat Hurd, one of the 25 women who will compete for Juan's love on the upcoming installment, has been in trouble for underage drinking.
"[Radar Online] has exclusively learned that the Phoenix Suns NBA dancer knows how to party – and was once arrested for underage drinking while attending school at the University of Iowa," Radar reported on December 6. "In documents obtained by Radar, Hurd was charged with 'possession of alcohol under the legal age' in 2004. She was fined $100, according to the court records."
Although drinking underage may be common, charges for underage drinking are not, and with a young daughter, this could very well be a deal breaker for Juan. Sure, the incident happened nearly ten years ago, but from the looks of her social media accounts, she's still very much a party girl.
"This could prove to be detrimental for Hurd’s chances of winning The Bachelor because Galavis claims he’s stone cold sober and doesn’t drink!" Radar adds.
The Bachelor season 18 premieres on January 5 on ABC.
