Michael Stagliano, alum of the Bachelor series and most recently Bachelor Pad, is now engaged according to recent reports on Monday, Feb. 11. The lucky lady is Emily Tuchscherer, Michael's girlfriend of eight months.
Michael met Emily just a few weeks prior to the taping of the last Bachelor Pad season, where Rachel Truehart fell madly in love with him and thought that Michael also had feelings for her. At the end of the season Michael shocked Rachel and thousands of viewers by saying that he was only playing the game.
Michael popped the big question to Emily at her parent's home in Wisconsin and of course she said, "YES!"
Emily, 28, lives in Chicago, IL and is a banker. Wedding plans are already in the making with the location of the wedding being in the Midwest, which is a central location for all family members.
Michael also revealed that his twin brother, Stephen, will be the best man and Stephen's wife, DeAnna Pappas, a former Bachelorette, will stand as a bridesmaid for Emily. The wedding will also be very entertaining with a promised traditional family dance party.
