The next episode of “The Bachelor” 2014 will air Monday, Feb. 3 from Viet Nam. Juan Pablo is now down to just 11 girls but according to International Business Times on Jan. 31, jealousy is rampant when the single dad pays a little too much attention to just one of the ladies.
Lauren and Elise left week leaving Renee, Chelsie, Kelly, Danielle, Cassandra, Alli, Clare and 4 others still in the hunt. Two of the girls get one-on—one dates while the remainder has to settle for a group date. When it’s all said and done, there will only be 8 girls left by episode 5’s conclusion.
Renee’s One-On-One Date
Renee, the 32-year-old single mom scored the first one-on-one. Though she has been acting house mom to the other girls, the real estate agent got some much needed alone time with Juan Pablo. They got to check out the city of Hoi A. Then JP gives Renee a tailor-made dress for their romantic dinner.
The girls break off into pairs for the group date leaving one lady unpartnered. She gets to partner Juan Pablo instead. The lucky lady steals a romantic kiss from the bachelor, leaving the other 8 girls fuming over the extra attention she’s getting.
Andi, the 26 year old assistant district attorney is more upset than some of the others. She feels a connection to Juan Pablo she isn’t sure sis reciprocated since she hasn’t gotten a one-on-one date. She confides this to JP but you’ll have to watch the show to see how he responds.
During the group date cocktail party, Juan Pablo takes Clare to his private pool where she makes a “daring offer” designed to get her even more alone time with him. In the promo for the episode, she’s seen crying. Maybe her offer was rejected?
Nikki’s One-On-One Date
Yes, Nikki gets the other one-on-one date but it is more frightening than romantic. The couple will rappel 100 feet into “hell,” a darkened cave. Once Nikki overcomes her fears and makes it to the bottom, she is rewarded with a candlelit dinner for 2.
The Rose Ceremony
The Rose Ceremony cocktail party is always tense and week 5 is no different. Juan Pablo has gotten to know many of the girls better, making his choice harder with each passing week. The synopsis promises this one is the “most dramatic cocktail party of the season.” Even as the bachelor tries to reassure some of the women that he wants them to stay, a “face off” leaves Clare in tears. Juan Pablo sheds a few tears as well. It’s very dramatic indeed.
Week 5of “The Bachelor” will air on ABC on Monday, Feb. 3.
