Sunday's Bachathon XXXV at Grace & Holy Trinity Cathedral was visited by Bach's second wife, Anna Magdalena Bach, portrayed by piano teacher, Diane Stolz, and two Bach children portrayed by KCMTA piano students, Waiseng Luu and Kate Eischen. Dressed in a period gown, Ms Stolz played a few selections and filled in some likely scenarios in Bach's 18th Century home.

Waiseng Luu took the piano bench when summoned and aggressively played a very musical, "Prelude in D Major," from Bach's Well Tempered Clavier, Book 1.

Kate Eischen brought back early lesson memories to much of the audience as she played the "Minuet in G" from the Klavierbüchelin für Anna Magdalena Bach.
