A Spanish male still on the loose; hijacked an automobile at a Boost Mobile store in the Bronx Friday February 6th. What he wasn’t aware of was the 8 month old girl in the back seat. The vehicle was abandoned in upper Manhattan approximately 40 miles from the scene of the crime. 911 received a call from the thief using a pay phone at 1421 Audubon Ave. in Washington Heights, stating the cars' location, and the fact he didn’t know there was a baby in the car. About an hour after he stole the car it was recovered from the side of the road, and the little girl was unharmed. She was transferred to Montefiore hospital for observations. The baby’s dad, Patrick Julbe, 27, of Rockaway Park in Queens and the mother are under questioning as to why the girl was in the car alone at the Boost Mobile store.
