Baby born after mom killed: Brooklyn parents killed, baby survives hit and run

A baby born after his mom was killed is a remarkable story of survival. Both parents were killed in a car accident, but the baby was still born through C-section at Bellevue Hospital. According to a report from late Sunday (March 3), Nathan and Raizi Glauber were rushing to Cobble Hill Hospital because Raizi was going through early labor pains.

On the way to the hospital, the taxi that the couple was riding in was struck in the side by a BMW. The male driver and female passenger of the BMW reportedly exited their vehicle and took off running on foot. Witnesses at the scene reported that the BMW was moving at a high rate of speed and that the taxi was at a stop sign.

The baby boy that was born after his mom was killed is stated to be in serious condition still. As for the accident itself, the fault has not been placed on either the taxi driver or the drivers of the BMW just yet. The two people driving the BMW have still not been located, though, and the police are undertaking an extensive investigation to track them down.

Funerals have taken place for both parents already, just adding even more sadness to the tight-knit community of Williamsburg. Williamsburg is a borough of Brooklyn and the synagogue overflowed with mourners with more than 200 more assembled in the street according to a report.

This baby born after his mom was killed has affected a lot of people in the online world as well, but it is clear that his survival is also a miracle to focus on.
