FarmVille released Baby Animal Mastery into the game on Thursday afternoon.
This is a feature players have requested for several months, it gives you the ability to earn mastery points towards each harvest of a foal of calf in the game. Eventually, you will earn mastery signs for all your hard work.
This new feature could presumably free up lots of farm space for players who were trying to collect doubles of all the baby animals. Once mastered, you can sell off as many as you'd like and still have a mastery sign to show off to others. We'll likely keep one of each that we've been collecting just to keep on display.
You'll know you are receiving mastery points for your baby animals upon harvesting, because they will appear with a yellow star above their head when they're ready to be clicked. You'll also see "+1 Mastery" pop up when you're harvesting them.
