Babies 101: What foods are okay for babies 9 months old to eat?
At 9 months old, babies food world really expands and you can start to make meals that you might want to share with babies with only a few modifications for yourself.

Follow food rules for 6 months old HERE, 7 months old HERE and 8 months old HERE, plus:
- Add all proteins to diet including egg yolk.
- Pasta is ok to add now as well, just cook until soft no al dente for the babies.
