Howard Stern Show producer Gary "Baba Booey" Dell'Abate was faced with a real live ba-ba-bomb scare while appearing for jury duty at a Stamford, CT courthouse on Thursday, March 1, 2013.
Two separate bomb threats were reportedly called in to the Stamford Superior Courthouse around 10:00 a.m. Thursday, forcing hundreds of employees, litigants and potential jurors like Dell'Abate out into the street while authorities checked the premises for explosive devices. The Stern Show producer, technophile and dutiful citizen was photographed passing the time by chatting with celebrity defense attorney Mickey Sherman. Overall, it appeared Dell'Abate's bomb scare experience was "like a noine," while his courtroom experience was more "like a two".
Dell'Abate and the rest of the herd of frustrated public servants were let back into the building around 2:00 p.m. after authorities found no evidence of any bomb in any of the court's facilities.
Dell'Abate is a resident of Greenwich, Connecticut and currently serves on the town's Board of Parks and Recreation.
