Ay~Oh! Learn to bake just like Mama: Bread, Pizza, Facaccia!

If you've ever savored a nice piece of fresh baked Italian bread and wished you could have an endless supply, or you've been trying to figure out the recipe for that slice of pizza from your favorite pizzaria, look no further. The nationally acclaimed Culinary Arts Institute at 161 Newkirk Street, two blocks from the Journal Square PATH station in Jersey City, is offering a class Friday, March 2, 2012 from 6pm-10pm.

You can receive hands-on instruction and learn the art of making bread, pizza dough and facaccia like the masters. You'll acquire the techniques and skills of proper mixing, kneading and rolling while preparing Italian bread and herbed facaccia as well as a fail-proof pizza dough that turns out crispy and delicious every time.

Of special Note, these are the same kitchens used by, Cake Boss Buddy Valastro and the contestants of The Learning Channel’s “Next Great Baker.” Bring your family and friends, and come enjoy! Fuggetaboutit!
