Thousands of college scholarship dollars from AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company are available to students who have made a difference in their communities. AXA has two different scholarship programs, each with their own specific requirements and due dates.
AXA Achievement Scholarship – Due in mid December of each year, this scholarship awards scholarship money to both state and national winners. A total of fifty-two winners are chosen to receive scholarships of $10,000 each. A student is selected from each state, plus one from both the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. From these winners, ten are selected as national winners and are awarded another scholarship of $15,000, for a total of $25,000 in college scholarship money.
AXA Achievement Community Scholarship- Due yearly in early February, this scholarship awards students in each community that AXA Equitable has an office. Every branch awards $2,000 in scholarship money to up to twelve high school seniors who live and go to high school in their area. Click here to view all branch office locations.
Both AXA Achievement scholarships look for students who show:
- Respect for self, family and community
- Drive and ambition
- Ability to succeed in college
- Determination to set and reach goals
All scholarship recipients are economically and ethnically diverse. Only the first 10,000 applications submitted online will be accepted. Early submission of this scholarship is a must!
