Awesome Vegan Chocolate cake!

This cake has no dairy and is Vegan friendly! Even if you eat meat and drink milk this cake is awesome! The ingredients are:

• 3 C White Flour
• 2Cup Sugar
• 8 TBS Carob Powder
• 2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 Cups water
• 3/4 c olive Oil
• 2 TBS Vinegar
• 2 tsp Vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients together 

add all wet ingredients and mix until there are no lumps in the batter. Pour into an oiled and floured standard size cake pan. bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool

frost with the following:

• 3 tsp Vanilla
• 3TBS butter
• 2 1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
• 1/4 c Almond Milk if need to can use more

     stir until smooth and then spread over 1/2 cake

            Next

 make the following for the other 1/2 of cake

• 5TBS carob Powder
• 2 1/2 Cup powder Sugar
• 3 TBS Butter
• pinch of salt
• 1/4 Cup Almond Milk  if need can use more

stir until smooth and spread on cake
