I don't know about you, but watching the Olympics always leaves me feeling inspired to work harder, achieve more, and get more fit! However, I sometimes end up curling up on the couch with ice cream, rather than getting out and doing something. Here is a great Olympics- inspired workout that is quick and will get your heart pumping!

Perform each of the following exercise for 30 seconds, with a 15 second rest in between.
1. Speed skaters lunge on your left leg, then hop to your right leg and repeat
2. Mountain Climbers: start in push-up position and alternate bringing your knee to your chest
3. Squat Jumps
5. Squat side jumps: squat, then jump to the left. Land, squat, and jump to the right.
6. High knees
7. Rotation jumps: try to turn 90 or 180 degrees around each time you jump.
8. Triceps dips
9. One-legged squats
10. Triceps push-ups
