Award winning jazz artist at the Allen Street Hardware Café

After a long week at work, the smooth jazz tunes of Brownman and his trumpet are sure to slide you into weekend mode. Performing at Allen Street Hardware Café in Buffalo on Friday, February 5, the acclaimed jazz trio of Brownman plays energetic yet silky music. His music is diverse, interesting, and explosive, with his Electryc Trio sound being influenced by the great Miles Davis.

Hailing out of Toronto, Canada, Brownman received 5 nominations in the Canadian National Jazz Awards and won “Electric Jazz Group of the Year” in 2007. Brownman trained with Grammy award winning trumpet player Randy Brecker during his schooling in New York City. This Trinidad born musician boasts over a 100 recording credits to date.

Hardware offers an intimate concert setting with dim lights and a wide variety of bar seating and tables. This Allen Street restaurant and bar concert venue is easily able to accommodate the listener who prefers to relax with friends in a corner.
