Country superstar Chris Young comes to the 7 Flags Event Center (2100 NW 100th Street) in Clive on Thursday, January 24 for an 8 p.m. concert. The doors will open at 7 p.m., and it will be an all ages event. Tickets for this concert are $25 in advance and $30 the day of the show. They may be purchased at the 7 Flags box office or online through Red Truck Tickets. No opener has been announced yet for this concert.
Chris Young got his big break in 2006 when he won the reality show Nashville Star. The win got him a contract with RCA Records and took his career to the next level. Young would go on to record three Top 10 country albums and five #1 country singles. He has been nominated for 13 major country music awards, winning a 2010 CMT Award and two 2011 American Country Awards. Young's latest album, Neon, came out in 2011.
