Two award-winning business and executive coaches will be featured on Sunday’s edition of Business Unconventional, the weekly one-hour business-to-business radio news magazine that airs on 710 KNUS AM in Denver.
Earl Kemper and his business coaching team at ActionCoach – Team Empowerment in Lakewood, have helped almost 1,200 business owners reach their goals, both personal and business. Twice, Kemper has been named the #1 Coach in the World and three times he was designated the #1 Coach in North America.
Kemper and his colleague Jeff Wilson, the 2009 winner of the “Rookie of the Year” award from ActionCoach, will be interviewed by Business Unconventional co-hosts David Biondo and Dean Rotbart. The show is broadcast at 8 a.m., and can be heard over the air or steamed over the Internet at www.710KNUS.com.

On the broadcast, Kemper and Wilson discuss why successful businesses – such as Google and Zappos – utilize certified business coaches to help them reach even greater heights of business achievement.
Wilson likens business coaches to the personal trainers that all world-class athletes use to enhance their performance and success rate. “There isn’t a premier athlete that doesn’t have a coach,” Wilson observes.
Kemper and Wilson, along with their colleague Joni Inman, make up the core team of experts at ActionCoach – Team Empowerment, located at 390 Union Blvd. in Lakewood. They are part of the global ActionCoach network that each week works closely with 18,000 businesses around the world.
On the radio program, Kemper describes the mission of ActionCoach – Team Empowerment as helping business owners and senior executives identify their highest business priorities “each and every week.” Then, he adds, “we hold them accountable for all the different things they need to do in their businesses to be successful consistently.”
Effective this week, ActionCoach – Team Empowerment becomes a sponsor and the official business coaching contributors to Business Unconventional.
On the broadcast, Kemper and Wilson invite listeners to attend their next GrowthClub workshop, which will be held on Friday, October 5th, at Red Rocks Community College. A special rate of only $99 is available to Business Unconventional listeners. To register or for more information, visit: www.90DayPlanning.com.
The October ActionCoach – Team Empowerment workshop will focus on providing those who attend the tools and insights they need to create a powerful and effective 90-day strategic plan. Kemper promises that those who participate will get “more planning done in a day than in the previous six months to one year.”
Business Unconventional hosts Biondo and Rotbart are scheduled to be among the many successful business owners who attend the workshop.
