Avril Lavigne fans can preview an audio clip of the singer's forthcoming single 'Let Me Go."
The Canuck punk-pop princess posted a 36-second audio clip of the power ballad, which features Lavigne's hubby, Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger, in an update posted Oct. 7 on her official Facebook page.
Co-written by Lavigne, Kroeger (who also produced the song) and David Hodges, the clip reveals a Nickelback influenced power ballad, containing piano and strings with a hook-laden chorus.
Lavigne and Kroeger, who wed on Canada Day, July1, vocally team on the chorus, harmonizing on the lines, "I'm breaking free from these memories / Gotta let it go, just let it go."
"Let Me Go" is the third single off the 'Sk8terboi' hitmaker's upcoming self-titled fifth studio album, following the release of the lead single 'Here's to Never Growing Up' and its follow-up "'Rock N Roll.'

"Avril Lavigne" hits shelves on Nov. 5.
